Justin Golding


Justin has been assistant coach for around 8 years. His dedication to our young club members is both generous and inspiring to watch.

Justin has been involved in wrestling at some capacity for 37 years whether it be as a competitor or a coach. Justin wrestled at Hughson High School where he was a four-year varsity letterman compiling a record of 186-36-2. Winning the TVL League title 4x’s, San Joaquin Sub-Section Champion 3x’s, and was a 2x San Joaquin Section finalist winning the title his senior year. In 1990 he placed 6th at the Cadet National Tournament in Greco Roman.

After high school he went on to wrestle one year at Marquette University compiling a 10-9 record and freshman of the year honors before transferring onto Cal Poly, SLO where he wrestled 3 years as a Cal Poly Mustang. In 1999 he began coaching at Exeter High School and served as an assistant coach until 2003. From 2004-2006 he served as head coach of the Exeter High wrestling team. In 2011 Justin started coaching at BHS as a volunteer assistant and has been involved with the Drillers ever since.

Justin has been married to his wife Andrea since 2005 and has three children Jackson, Grace and Wyatt. He is also the father of Justis Loveless who lives in Tennessee with her husband Ben. Currently Justin works for Wonderful Ag Management as Director of Technical Services.
